Once you’ve successfully completed a course with us, you’ll receive a certification. This certification acknowledges that you’ve trained in permanent makeup under our supervision and have gained the necessary knowledge to perform the service.
To legally perform microblading or other permanent makeup services, you must operate in a facility with a Body Art Permit (the name may vary based on your location). This permit is issued by your local Health Department and grants permission to practice in regulated professions like permanent makeup.
You have two options to proceed:
1. Obtain a Body Art Permit for yourself, or
2. Work in a facility that already holds a permit.
In either case, a certification of completion, often referred to as an apprenticeship, is required.
